Design Tool Instructions

My Binder::
Select Binder Spine Size using the drop down box. Optionally select a frame Style using the drop down box and then select a frame color by clicking the Frame Color selector box, then clicking the desired color. Optionally select a Popular Background by clicking the radio button below the background icon.

Working Canvas
The area within the black wire frame. This also serves as the print preview area.

Selecting Text
Up to 8 Custom Text areas can be individually positioned anywhere on the canvas, to do so you can either:
   a) Click the Move Tool at the top left of the text.
   b) Click the Radio Button beside the text in the Customized Text :: section.
   c) Position the cursor in the Text Box in the Customized Text :: section.

Move Text
Use the move tool to drag selected text anywhere on the canvas. If text is moved beyond the Canvas then it will not print. Hint: If the text will not move then try moving another text box that may be covering the move tool first.

Rotate Text and Image/Logo
Use the Rotate tool to rotate either text boxes or image/logos in 90 degree increments.
Hint: If the text box or image/logo rotates beyond the Canvas use the move tool to drag it back.

Text Options
Using the Tool Bar in the Customized Text ::

   Select the Text font and size desired.
   Text can be justified left, center or right
   Text can be Bold or Italic
   Text Color can be selected by clicking the color selector, then clicking the desired color.
   Text Alignment can be Horizontal (default) or Vertical.
   Hint: Use Center justification for Vertical Text.

Printing
When you are ready to print your custom template remove the instruction sheet from your binder and discard. Instruction sheet is NOT printer friendly. Place standard paper into your printer & print.
